RTX is seeking a ServiceNow Demand Intake and Project Manager to lead end-to-end evaluation and prioritization of ServiceNow requests. You will manage demand, align with strategy, and oversee project lifecycles with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and controlled scope.

Qualifications

• University degree is typically required in business or project management
• Minimum 8 years of project or demand management experience
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience
• Direct experience managing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or upgrades
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB
• Understanding SAFe methodology and project lifecycle processes
• Experience working with technical teams and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Demand Intake and serve as main contact for ServiceNow demand intake
• Assist in managing and tracking incoming requests for ServiceNow projects and enhancements
• Maintain demand intake register with logging, categorization and updates
• Plan, schedule, and manage ServiceNow projects with alignment to goals
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, capture minutes and follow up on actions
• Manage project tasks and resources to ensure timely deliverables
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies; escalate as needed
• Maintain project documentation and use ServiceNow to track progress
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Stakeholders to ensure objective alignment
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and best practices
• Travel up to 5%
