Job summary

Ladders is seeking a ServiceNow Demand Intake and Project Manager to lead enterprise platform initiatives. This remote-capable role focuses on capturing, prioritizing, and advancing requests through the project lifecycle with cross-functional collaboration and strong risk management.

You will partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to ensure work progresses, surface risks early, and support delivery discipline across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 8 years of project or demand management experience in IT, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience managing platform implementations, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Familiarity with modules such as SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
• Understanding of SAFe methodology and project lifecycle processes.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand intake for enterprise platform requests.
• Manage and track incoming requests for platform projects.
• Maintain the demand intake register, ensuring requests are logged and updated.
• Plan, schedule, and manage platform projects.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes.
• Track project milestones, risks, and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and product owners.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a ServiceNow Demand Intake and Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee demand intake and project execution for enterprise platform initiatives, ensuring requests are properly captured, prioritized, and advanced through the project lifecycle. The position will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to keep work moving, surface risks early, and support delivery discipline across multiple initiatives. Success in this role will come from strong coordination, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex work in a structured, high-accountability environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
