Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Demand Intake Coordinator and Project Manager to serve as the ServiceNow demand intake contact and help manage IT projects end-to-end in a remote setting.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, tracking milestones, preparing meeting minutes, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Some travel is required (up to 5%).

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years’ project management or demand management experience, preferably within IT or similar field; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience
• Direct experience managing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or upgrades
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, or Platform capabilities
• Understanding SAFe methodology and project lifecycle processes
• Experience working with technical teams and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Demand Intake Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for ServiceNow demand intake
• Assist in managing and tracking incoming requests for ServiceNow projects and enhancements
• Assist in maintaining the demand intake register and updating entries
• Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage ServiceNow projects
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
• Manage project tasks and resources for timely deliverables
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed
• Maintain project documentation and use ServiceNow to track progress
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between Process Owners, Stakeholders and Product Owners
• Foster open communication, provide updates, and resolve challenges
• Partner with leadership to align demand intake prioritization with strategy
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and best practices
• Travel up to 5%

What you will do

• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Act as a liaison between business Process Owners, Stakeholders and ServiceNow Product Owners to ensure alignment of demand and project objectives.
• Foster open and transparent communication to address questions, provide updates, and resolve challenges.
• Partner with leadership to ensure demand intake prioritization aligns with organizational strategy.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
