Job summary

Intact Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow initiatives from a remote location. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and team accountability while aligning delivery with client outcomes and measurable improvements.

The role requires strong ITSM knowledge, experience with ITOM/ITAM/HRSD, and the ability to collaborate with client and subcontractors in a fast-paced consulting environment. Remote work with US-based clients is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a project management role.
• Experience managing ServiceNow delivery engagements, particularly ITSM-focused implementations.
• Experience working with ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements across platform capabilities.
• Serve as the primary client-facing project lead, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and team accountability.
• Maintain alignment between business objectives and platform execution.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned to scope and requirements.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and governance standards.
