Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a project management role.
• Experience managing ServiceNow delivery engagements, particularly ITSM-focused implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements across one or more platform capabilities.
• Serve as the primary client-facing project lead, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and team accountability.
• Plan, execute, and govern project delivery with detailed plans and governance standards.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and structured delivery practices.
