Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes by collaborating with client business owners, trainers, and delivery teams from go-live through steady-state operations.

You will design, deliver, and enable Train-the-Trainer programs, develop role-based guidance, and transfer knowledge to client teams, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management and enablement for complex ERP or ITSM implementations.
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials (e.g., Quick Reference Guides).
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience knowledge transfer and transitioning operations to client teams.
• Change management certifications and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities to drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes.
• Create role-based process guidance and Quick Reference Guides for each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify adoption gaps and adapt materials accordingly.
