Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation seeks a Change and Enablement Lead to drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes. You will lead change management, design training materials, and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to scale learning during go-live and steady state.

Collaborate with client business owners and trainers to ensure knowledge transfer, identify adoption gaps, and tailor guidance for each user group. This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials, such as Quick Reference Guides.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare client trainers to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
