Job summary

Central Health is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow environment. You will implement ITIL processes, handle user access, and ensure platform performance and reliability.

A proactive problem-solver with a solid ITSM background will thrive in this role. In addition to coordinating requirements and planning, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive platform enhancements, maintain CMDB health, and train staff during deployments.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with ServiceNow platform.
• 2 years strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management.
• 2 years proven experience configuring core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Plan tasks and track milestones using department tools to meet deadlines.
• Manage the ServiceNow instance, including user and group management and performance checks.
• Document customer needs and translate into workflows and requirements.
• Implement ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Maintain CMDB health using Discovery or equivalent methods.
• Collaborate with PMO and review test cases for accuracy.
• Train staff prior to implementation and provide guidance during rollout.
• Create and maintain process and knowledge documentation for team and users.
• Use Import Templates for data loading and reporting purposes.
• Develop, analyze, and revise system design procedures and quality standards.
• Work outside standard business hours when needed.
