Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking an ITSM Administrator to join our remote US team. The role covers administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, reporting, and continual improvement of the ITSM platform to support incident, problem, change, request, asset, knowledge, and event management.

It emphasizes ticketing capabilities and Ivanti/Cherwell integration for NOC operations. Required: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years ITSM admin experience; hands-on with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline.
5+ years of ITSM administration experience, preferably in a government support setting.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ITSM platform and modules.
Develop ITSM solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, and CSS.
Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, queues, and service catalogs.
Integrate monitoring tools with the ITSM platform to automate alerts and ticket generation.
Create and maintain system documentation and configuration standards.
Work with CMDB and Asset management teams to improve discovery functionality.
Develop customized portal pages in ITSM using relevant frameworks.
Maintain CMDB health via Discovery or equivalent methods.
Create UI pages, UI macros, and formatters, and manage data loads into ServiceNow.
