Job summary

DMI is seeking an ITSM Administrator to join our remote US team. The role covers administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, reporting, and continual improvement of the ITSM platform to support incident, problem, change, request, asset, knowledge, and event management, and to enable NOC operations and effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years ITSM experience, strong ServiceNow/Jira/BMC Remedy skills, and solid REST API knowledge, with excellent communication

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management) and ITIL workflows.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards to track operational metrics.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ITSM platform and modules.
• Develop ITSM solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, and CSS.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, queues, and service catalogs.
• Integrate monitoring tools to automate alerts and ticket generation.
• Create and maintain system documentation and configuration standards.
• Collaborate with Asset & Configuration Management and Discovery teams to enhance CMDB and Discovery.
• Develop portal web pages in ITSM using relevant frameworks.
• Handle data import/export via ServiceNow templates and reporting formats.
