Job summary

You will perform daily configuration and operational tasks, optimize performance, and assist users across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps in a large, complex enterprise. The role requires hands-on operations experience, familiarity with enterprise platforms, and the ability to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of system administration in large environments.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration including configuration, maintenance, user management, workflows, or integrations.
• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript) used within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience with ITSM or IT operations workflows.
• Ability to analyze system performance and capacity trends.
• Strong communication and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily configuration and operational tasks for the ServiceNow platform and supporting systems.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and platform stability.
• Conduct capacity analysis and assist with long-term planning for scalability.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and access controls per security standards.
• Support configuration updates, maintenance, patching, and health checks.
• Provide Tier 2 support for ServiceNow and related tools.
• Coordinate with developers and analysts for deployments and releases.
• Maintain runbooks and system procedures.
