Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive growth for our service business by applying technical expertise and understanding customer needs. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization (desirable).
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to take calculated risks, stay organized, and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic sales territory and call plan to grow accounts.
• Guide customers in designing compressed air solutions and stay current on Quincy product offerings.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts, manage quotes, and build relationships with key accounts.
• Audit compressed air systems and coordinate rebates with local utility for energy savings.
• Provide training to customers and sub-distributors; troubleshoot current systems.
• Achieve sales goals across product categories including rotaries, compressors, accessories and aftermarket services.
• Use Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP to quote, track activities, and process orders.
• Travel daily in the sales territory and domestically as needed.
