Quincy Compressor is seeking a Field Sales Representative, Service to expand and deepen customer relationships across a defined territory. You will listen, create value, and pursue leads to drive business growth for customers and Quincy alike.

You will manage a strategic sales territory, develop new accounts, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions. A customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt to changing markets are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the service business, prospecting and conducting systematic sales process.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
• Customer-oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.
• Risk taker and self-motivated, able to handle varied workloads.
• Proficient with CRMs and database management.

Responsabilités

• Attend to incoming customer requests and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Follow up, qualify and respond to leads from different sources.
• Collaborate with other areas and sales teams to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers.
• Conduct prospecting with defined target accounts, set up future meetings and develop sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services, Service Plans, and other services.
• Use Salesforce.com, CPQ (iQ2), ERP (BPCS) to gather necessary customer information for quoting and recording activities.
• Process orders with post-sales documentation and contract review.
