Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to develop and strengthen customer relationships, create value, and pursue leads for business growth. You will manage a strategic sales territory, pursue new accounts, and plan calls while coordinating with sales teams.

The role requires customer orientation, ability to identify needs, and experience in the service business with compressed air systems.

Qualifications

2 years experience in the service business, prospecting and conducting systematic sales process.
Experience with compressed air systems or similar.
Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
Customer-oriented with ability to understand customer needs and prioritize.

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners.
Create value and follow up on leads and opportunities to support growth.
Develop a strategic sales territory, new accounts, opportunities and call planning.
Attend to incoming customer requests and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Qualify and respond to leads from different sources.
Collaborate with other areas and sales teams to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover customers.
Conduct prospecting with defined target accounts and set up future meetings.
