Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue by applying technical know-how and customer insight. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with engineering and service teams to implement effective sales strategies and build a strategic territory.

This fully remote role in Columbia, SC requires 3+ years in compressed air, strong customer focus, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree (desirable) in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to take calculated risks while analyzing potential pitfalls; self-motivated and organized.

Responsabilités

• Design compressed air solutions for customer needs.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts, manage quotes and develop key relationships in the territory.
• Audit compressed air systems and work with local utilities to process energy-saving rebates.
• Provide training to customers and sub-distributors; troubleshoot current systems.
• Achieve sales goals in Quincy product categories including rotaries, compressors, accessories, and aftermarket services.
• Use Salesforce, CPQ (iQ2) and SAP to gather customer data, quote and record activities.
• Process orders with PO, approvals and contract review; maintain post-sales process.
• Travel daily in the sales territory; domestically as needed.
