Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive growth in our service business. You will develop a strategic sales territory, manage new accounts, and implement service sales strategies in collaboration with engineering and service teams.

You will be customer‑oriented, design value propositions, and leverage Salesforce, CPQ (iQ2), and SAP for quoting and activity tracking. Domestic travel will be required to support and expand the local distribution network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Bachelor's degree (desirable) in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or technical specialization.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in designing compressed air solutions with current Quincy offerings.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue and manage quotes.
• Audit compressed air systems, present results, and assist with rebates for energy savings.
• Support and grow local sub-distribution networks.
• Provide training to customers and troubleshoot systems.
• Achieve sales goals across Quincy business categories and collaborate with teams to retain customers.
• Use Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP to quote, follow up, and record activities.
