Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive growth in the service business with advanced technical knowledge of compressed air systems. You will strategize, prospect, quote, and manage key accounts while coordinating with engineering and service product teams.

You will travel as needed within the territory, work remotely, and leverage Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP for quoting and post-sale processes. A strong customer focus and 3+ years in the industry are required.

Formación

• 3+ years in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willingness to take calculated risks while analyzing pitfalls.
• Self-motivated and able to manage varied workloads.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and drive service sales strategies for the territory.
• Develop new accounts, opportunities, and call plans.
• Audit compressed air systems and coordinate rebates with utilities.
• Support and grow local sub-distribution networks.
• Provide customer training and system troubleshooting.
• Achieve sales goals in key product categories.
• Collaborate with other teams to retain or recover customers.
• Record activities in Salesforce, CPQ/ERP systems, and quote logs.
