Quincy Compressor LLC seeks a Field Sales Representative, Service to grow our customer base and service capabilities. You will manage a remote territory, develop value propositions, and coordinate with CRM and ERP systems to drive opportunities and quotes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in service sales, familiarity with compressed air systems, and a degree in business or engineering. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the service business and conducting a systematic sales process.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or related technical specialization.
• Customer-oriented with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to take calculated risks and manage varied workloads.
• Proficient with computers, CRMs, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Create and follow up on leads and opportunities to support growth.
• Develop a strategic sales territory and new accounts; call planning and market tracking.
• Prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services and Service Plans.
• Use Salesforce.com, CPQ, and ERP systems to gather information and record activities.
