Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Sales Development Manager to expand our presence in the data center, electrification, and power solutions markets. This remote role supports customers across the US, develops opportunities, and collaborates with engineers and product specialists to match needs with our advanced power conversion solutions.

You will manage the sales pipeline, use CRM to track forecasts, and represent Danfoss at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Outside sales experience in power generation, power conversion, data center, or related industrial markets.
• Experience with variable frequency drive (VFD) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, power conversion technologies, or energy infrastructure.
• Experience using a CRM to manage opportunities, forecasts, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in the data center, power generation, and electrification markets, building relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that position Danfoss as a preferred partner for advanced power conversion solutions. Collaborate with application engineers, product specialists, and technical experts to align customer needs with the right products and solutions. Manage a sales pipeline, maintain CRM activity, and provide regular updates on opportunities, forecasts, and customer engagement efforts.
