SHI is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join the Modern Workplace Services team in a remote, work-from-home role supporting a 24/7 operation. You will receive service requests, create tickets, and dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS hardware repairs.

You will communicate with SHI staff and customers via phone, Teams, and email, monitor assignments, and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualificações

• Overseeing the organization and maintenance of contracts and insurance certificates to ensure compliance and accessibility.
• Experience with SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation to boost productivity.
• Experience in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks for performance and security.
• Efficiently managing the collection and review of incoming mail for timely processing.

Responsabilidades

• Receive service requests from customers and create tickets in SHI’s call management system.
• Dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS hardware repairs.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers via telephone, Teams, and email.
• Monitor and oversee call assignments to ensure proper coverage and acceptance by technicians.
• Make system corrections based on field feedback and update schedules as needed.
• Verify complete customer information for successful dispatch.
• Stay open to flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call overnight hours.
