Job summary

Element Technologies, a premier IT outsourcing firm, is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer to support clients remotely from a distributed team across the country.

You will use ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue to manage tickets, assist with new user setups, and ensure systems run smoothly. A two-year technical degree and 1–5 years of service desk experience are expected, with MSP background preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting end users in a service desk or help desk environment.
• General understanding of firewalls, switches, and desktop computers.
• Willingness to work remotely and participate in occasional in-person interviews.

Responsibilities

• Support desktops, virtual environments, and co-located systems in collaboration with service teams.
• Manage tickets using ConnectWise PSA and document actions in IT Glue.
• Provide daily customer interaction with a professional and positive attitude.
