Job summary

EBAS Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive a remote US-based territory, focusing on enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI platform for engineering, R&D, and manufacturing sectors.

You will lead discovery, demos, and closing with VP- and C-level stakeholders, build a repeatable pipeline, and travel to customer sites as needed. The role offers a generous OTE of 300–320K USD with a 50/50 base/commission structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with enterprise buyers.
• Background in engineering software or engineering degree preferred.
• Proven ability to engage VP- and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a full-cycle enterprise pipeline from outbound to close.
• Lead discovery, demos, and technical deep dives with engineering leaders.
• Navigate buying committees and expand existing accounts.
