Perform is seeking a high-impact enterprise salesperson to own end-to-end project-based engagements in AI, automation, and data platforms. You will prospect, build pipeline, and close multi-month engagements with CIOs and senior IT leaders, guiding offshore teams to deliver defined outcomes.

You will sell outcomes over staffing, draft SOWs, and manage complex negotiations, with base plus commission and full remote flexibility for US-based work.

Qualifikationen

• Self-sourced pipeline and new-logo selling experience.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals.
• Experience drafting SOWs and fixed-fee/milestone engagements.
• Comfort presenting to CIOs/CTOs and senior execs.
