Ladders seeks a Senior Workforce Experience Consulting Manager to join our team of leaders in the Technical Services space. This role drives enterprise workforce strategies to improve learning adoption, organizational readiness, and workforce effectiveness across client organizations.

You will partner with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders to shape cross-functional, transformation initiatives, blending consulting leadership with strategic workforce planning and team development in a remote

Qualifications

• 15+ years in workforce enablement strategy design and implementation.
• 8+ years managing diverse teams on complex projects.
• 5-7 years presenting strategic ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in learning experience design and change enablement.
• Proven consultative sales and resource planning experience.
• Prosci certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience advising C-suite on organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead development of enterprise-scale learning and adoption strategies.
• Shape complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Own end-to-end consultative sales processes, including proposals and delivery.
• Coach and mentor managers and consultants to foster high-performing teams.
• Act as a thought leader in workforce transformation trends.
• Convert engagement insights into reusable frameworks and methodologies.
