Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to support educational institutions in strengthening learning, assessment, and product adoption strategies. You will partner with school and district leaders to translate goals into practical implementation plans, training approaches, and sustainable change.

You will serve as a trusted advisor in executive conversations, helping clients maximize the impact of learning management systems and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with learning management and assessment products (LMS)
• 1+ year in an educational leadership role overseeing LMS
• 3+ years of teaching in digital learning environments
• 1+ year creating professional development for educators
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Bachelor's in Instructional Technology or equivalent; Master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide clients using best practices in learning and assessment within the company's ecosystem
• Support the customer vision for using learning tools effectively
• Provide best-practice guidance on product-related projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communication and training plans
• Create tailored curriculum and assessment strategies to meet client needs
• Develop resources and professional development materials to support adoption
• Assist with execution of product-related strategies to enhance engagement
