Ladders is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant for a fully remote role, serving as a strategic advisor to enterprise stakeholders and translating evolving business priorities into scalable technology solutions.

In this position, you will partner with business, operations, analytics, and technical teams to shape outcomes that improve adoption, performance, and measurable value, using data-driven insights and industry awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, consulting, customer success, managed services, or tech account management.
• 5+ years with enterprise customer experience platforms or similar solutions.
• Expertise in social listening, reporting/analytics, API integrations, workflow automation, and data visualization.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated trusted advisor for enterprise stakeholders.
• Build relationships across business, operations, analytics, and technical teams.
• Conduct regular consultation sessions to understand evolving priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into scalable platform solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Design reporting solutions based on business outcomes rather than requested deliverables.
• Monitor industry trends and anticipate future customer needs.
• Proactively identify performance, configuration, workflow, and adoption opportunities.
