Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Business Operations for a remote leadership role. You will oversee cross-functional operations, align initiatives with top priorities, and advise on governance and resource allocation to drive enterprise success.

You will partner with senior leaders to improve efficiency, customer experience, and execution, acting as a trusted advisor on process analysis and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Business Operations.
• Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the Business Operations function.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align Business Operations with high-priority initiatives.
• Determine optimal resource allocation for enterprise-wide project delivery.
• Establish and manage governance structures to enhance productivity and customer experience.
• Develop strong relationships with senior executives across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor for process analysis and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues during project execution.
