Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning to be the primary administrator, model builder, and reporting expert. You will own the Adaptive Planning environment, develop models, dashboards, and reports, and partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable planning solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on admin/developer/model builder experience, with 3+ years on Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and integrations between Workday modules.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day administration and optimization responsibilities.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, data governance, and system performance.
• Maintain documentation and develop training materials; conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models ensuring FP&A alignment and maintainability.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver Adaptive dashboards and reports.
• Develop workforce planning models and reports within Adaptive Planning with HR stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations with Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM.
