Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to own and optimize the Adaptive Planning environment. You will build models, create reports and dashboards, and support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

Collaborating with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders, you will manage security, data flows, and documentation, while driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in admin/developer/model builder/reporting roles; 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day configuration and optimization responsibilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions for budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage user access, security, data governance, and integrations with Workday modules.
