Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead hands-on administration, model-building, and reporting. You will own Adaptive Planning, configure models, and build dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning across the organization.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on admin/developer/model builder experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• 3+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience developing Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions
• Experience creating Adaptive Planning integrations between Workday FMS, HCM, and Adaptive Planning

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for the platform.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures (models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, security).
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, formulas, and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance while monitoring performance and data integrity.
• Maintain documentation and develop training materials to support adoption.
• Design and build FP&A-oriented Adaptive models balancing flexibility and controls.
• Define complex reporting requirements and translate into Adaptive reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR to develop workforce planning models.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations with Workday modules.
• Work with technical teams on data architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to balance business needs with system capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
