Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead administration of Workday Adaptive Planning, build planning models, and deliver robust reporting and dashboards. You will partner with Finance, HR and IT to translate complex requirements into scalable, sustainable Adaptive Planning solutions and ensure strong data governance and security.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, OfficeConnect, and a deep FP&A understanding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect, including development and maintenance of management reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day admin, configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and workforce planning.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, security, and data governance while monitoring system performance and integrations.
• Design and build adaptive models and planning solutions applying FP&A expertise for flexible, controlled, scalable planning.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate into effective Adaptive reporting.
