Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and advanced reporting across budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning. You will own the Adaptive environment, configure models, dashboards, and security, and partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable planning solutions.

You will translate complex financial and operational requirements into robust Adaptive models

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent years of experience accepted.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and development of management reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME, responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures — models, dimensions, accounts, sheets, versions, rules, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, security, and data governance while monitoring performance and integrations.
• Maintain system documentation, standards, and training materials; conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and reporting solutions applying FP&A best practices for flexible, controlled, scalable planning.
• Partner with Finance to define reporting requirements and translate them into Adaptive reporting for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, and workforce metrics.
