Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model, and report on Adaptive Planning to support enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Adaptive solutions, maintain security and data governance, and deliver dashboards and OfficeConnect reports that drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administrator, developer, or analyst roles; at least 3 years with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and planning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variances).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS or related field.
• Experience with integrations between Workday FM, HCM, and Adaptive Planning.

• Develop models, dimensions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT to define requirements and deliver solutions.
