Job summary

Crowe in the United States is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to deliver, optimize and maintain Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and other Core HCM components. You will configure processes, run reports, manage security and collaborate across Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and business units.

Qualifications

• Two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience.
• Experience with reporting and testing in HR systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes.
• Maintain leave/time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules and carryover logic.
• Build, revise and test reports with calculated fields ensuring data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Support release assessments and coordinate enabling new features with Talent, IT and Finance.
• Maintain security groups and create new ones as needed.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and document progress.
• Document requirements, designs and testing plans.
• Conduct research on best practices and solutions.
• Complete ad hoc projects within Workday as needed.
• Support HR Compliance with automation opportunities and process optimization.
