Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM. You will configure processes, build reports, manage EIB templates, and coordinate with Talent Solutions, IT and Payroll to align Workday with business needs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM experience, with strong analytical, communication and cross–functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration
• Diplomacy, confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes: notifications, rules, analytics
• Manage global leave, accruals, eligibility, carryover rules
• Build and test reports, calculated fields, ensure data integrity
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management
• Support release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas
