Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Executive to lead the strategy, development, and transaction of new multi-family housing and related infrastructure within the Military segment. The role focuses on growth, partner collaboration, and negotiating contracts to achieve outcomes.

You will drive asset optimization, profitability, and governance across complex partnerships, coordinating with finance, legal, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver the vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years progressive experience in strategic initiatives and growth.
• Experience with public-private partnerships; government contracting a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar growth initiatives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager for new multi-family housing and related projects.
• Develop strategies to maximize asset fees and ensure project profitability.
• Collaborate with Army to address housing needs and deliver project value.
• Understand partnership governance and hold parties accountable for responsibilities.
• Identify risks, develop corrective actions, and guide end-to-end execution with operations teams.
• Oversee multiple growth targets and push for deal-winning opportunities.
