Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Development executive to drive strategic initiatives across multi-family housing projects and related infrastructure opportunities within the Military segment. You will lead negotiations, manage partnerships, and oversee complex growth targets while coordinating with partners and internal teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or similar field required.
• MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, delivery and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as our partners’ asset and development manager representative for new multi-family development.
• Develop and implement project-specific strategies to deliver fees to the partnership.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to support housing needs and provide financial benefit.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps, develop corrective action plans, and guide end-to-end execution.
• Oversee multiple complex housing infrastructure growth targets and maximize strategy effectiveness.
• Execute select high-value opportunities by cultivating relationships and formulating deal concepts.
