Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar required.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience in strategic initiatives and growth.
• Public-private partnerships or government contracting experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy, development, and transaction of new multi-family housing development and other housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement project strategies to maximize asset fees and performance.
• Collaborate with governmental partners to meet housing needs and drive project value.
• Oversee partnership governance, contractual relationships, and negotiations.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps; guide end-to-end execution with operations teams.
• Manage multiple complex growth targets and high-value opportunities.
