Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Senior Vice President, New Development to lead strategy, development and transaction efforts for new multi-family housing and related infrastructure within the Military segment. The role is hands-on with a growth mindset, focusing on pursuing opportunities and negotiating contracts to achieve outcomes.

You will oversee partnerships with the Army, manage complex growth targets, and coordinate with finance, legal, HR and operations to maximize value and deliver the vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience executing strategic initiatives and growth in established regions or with existing clients.
• Experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting, or M&A is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multi-party, high-value transactions and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development and transaction activities for new multi-family housing and other housing infrastructure opportunities within the Military segment.
• Oversee partnerships and ensure project optimization, measurement, analysis and delivery of contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with Army and partners to align vision, governance and responsibilities across the partnership.
• Identify risks, develop corrective actions, and guide end-to-end execution with operations, finance, legal and HR teams.
• Manage high-value opportunities and negotiate terms to maximize value for the partnership.
• Prepare marketing and reporting materials and lead project meetings with stakeholders.
