Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Vice President of New Development to drive strategy, development and transactions for multi‑family housing and related infrastructure within the Military segment. The role emphasizes pursuing growth with partners, negotiating terms, and leading complex, high‑value opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in strategic growth and a proven ability to lead major initiatives in a matrixed organization, including government contracting or M&A

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field is required; MBA/ advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives that increase profitability and expand opportunities.
• Experience with public‑private partnerships, government contracting, or M&A is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as our partners’ asset and development manager representative for new multi‑family development and other housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement project‑specific strategies for existing and new multi‑family housing projects.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to assist in meeting housing needs and provide financial benefit to project companies.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps; develop corrective action plans and guide end‑to‑end execution.
• Oversee multiple complex housing infrastructure growth targets and maximize effectiveness of the business strategy.
• Execute high‑value opportunities by cultivating relationships and delivering option concepts for deals.
• Prepare transition documents related to partnership governance and negotiate as appropriate.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the partnership including day‑to‑day operational awareness and strategic goals.
