Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals from the first meeting through contract signing. This is an individual contributor role targeting veterinary groups across the USA and Canada, with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports.

You will manage full-cycle closings on complex, multi-location accounts, collaborating with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.

Competenze

• Proven track record closing $1M+ yearly in large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer individual contributor role over team management.

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
