Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years in higher education or related student services.
• Familiarity with VA benefits and enrollment processes is a plus.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and VA Enrollment Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review student records and process enrollment certifications in PeopleSoft and VA Enrollment Manager.
• Ensure enrollment reporting and certification comply with VA rules and institutional procedures.
• Collaborate with advising, financial services, and other departments to resolve certification questions.
• Assist students with VA education benefits and provide timely guidance.
• Coordinate with international contacts to ensure accurate enrollment certifications.
• Follow SAA/VA requirements and internal protocols for compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for students and staff on veterans' benefits.
• Develop and maintain job aids and training materials for consistent practices.
• Perform additional duties to support department objectives.
