  • Knowledge of student enrollment processes, educational benefit administration, and regulatory compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Experience using PeopleSoft and the VA Enrollment Manager system is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage records, documentation, and administrative information accurately.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review complex records, investigate discrepancies, and resolve certification-related issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain policies and procedures clearly to students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative and service-oriented approach, with the professionalism and discretion needed to handle student information and sensitive inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
