Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar in applicable state.
• Minimum eight years of personal injury/insurance litigation experience.
• Eight trials, including six first-chair jury trials, required.

Responsibilities

• Manage case litigation from intake to disposition across state and federal courts.
• Prepare responses to civil complaints and motions; conduct discovery and depositions.
• Supervise trial preparation, opening/closing statements, and cross-examinations.
