The Auto Club Group (ACG) seeks a Senior Attorney to handle complex to highly complex litigation for insureds and the Company, with remote work and occasional in-person court appearances. The role involves trial preparation, discovery, negotiations, and appellate work.

Based in Michigan, this full-time position offers a salary of $110,000–$150,000 with annual bonus potential and a robust benefits package, aligned with AAA standards and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree or graduate of accredited law school.
• Member of the State Bar of applicable state.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a licensed attorney in personal injury, no-fault, or insurance litigation; or Three (3) years of experience as an Associate Attorney at ACG Staff Counsel with yearly performance reviews of overall Fully Met Expectations or higher.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, and present facts, evidence and related materials effectively in written and oral forms.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court officers; participate in discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Provide guidance on coverage, liability and damages; participate in claims and legal council activities.
