Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) seeks a Senior Attorney to handle complex personal injury and insurance litigation with strategic oversight from discovery to trial. This remote/hybrid position requires periodic court appearances and collaboration with internal Claims and Practice Leaders.

Applicants should have a Juris Doctor, bar admission, and at least five years of litigation experience, with ACG Staff Counsel experience viewed favorably. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree required.
• Bar admission to practice law in applicable state(s).
• Minimum five years of licensed attorney experience in personal injury/insurance litigation, or three years at ACG Staff Counsel with Fully Met Performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cases from discovery through trial and appeal.
• Conduct depositions, motions, and negotiations.
• Advise clients and coordinate with co-counsel on strategy and settlements.
• Provide legal opinions on coverage, liability, and damages.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to office committees.
