The Auto Club Group (ACG) seeks a senior legal counsel to provide expert guidance across multiple corporate disciplines, including insurance, regulatory, and contract matters. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and lead cross-functional teams on high-impact projects, while supporting a flexible, hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active State Bar admission with authorization to represent the company.
• Experience in insurance, corporate law, and related regulatory areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical oversight and legal advice on complex corporate matters.
• Review contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and company policy.
• Advise senior management on legal ramifications of corporate decisions and strategic plans.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams on critical legal issues and projects with broad impact.
• Manage litigation strategy and coordinate with business units and external counsel.
• Support the General Counsel with long-term department planning and performance improvements.
