Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree.
• Member of the State Bar of the applicable state.
• Minimum five years of licensed attorney experience in personal injury/no-fault/insurance litigation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prep cases; conduct discovery and prepare motions.
• Prepare and conduct trial, openings, cross-examination, and closings.
• Advise clients and negotiate settlements; coordinate with co-counsel and experts.
