Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Senior Attorney to manage and litigate Circuit and Federal cases involving high exposure issues. This remote-friendly role may require in-person court appearances and periodic office visits.

The position emphasizes handling complex injury claims, bad faith, and coverage disputes. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in personal injury or insurance litigation, strong trial experience, and a Juris Doctor with active State Bar membership.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the State Bar of the applicable state.
• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in personal injury, no-fault, or insurance litigation.
• Eight (8) trials in personal injury, no-fault, or insurance litigation, with six (6) being first-chair.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, files, reviews all allegations, and renders legal opinions to Claims personnel.
• Prepares responses to civil complaints and appropriate motions when questions of law or liability are in dispute.
• Determines feasibility of third-party defendants in pending suits.
• Conducts discovery including depositions, interrogatories, requests for admission, etc.
