Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Case analysis and preparation for litigation, including strategy and discovery.
- Trial and defense: opening/closing, witness examination, and motions.
- Client communications and negotiations for settlements and cost/benefit assessment.
- Legal advice and guidance on coverage, liability, and damages; Examinations Under Oath.
